If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable, because the Services are delivered digitally and access may begin immediately upon purchase. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

violate any law or regulation (including messaging laws and carrier requirements)

send spam, deceptive messages, or unsolicited communications

use purchased, scraped, or non-consented lists for SMS or email

infringe intellectual property rights

interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable messaging rules.

6) SMS Messaging Terms (A2P/10DLC Compliance)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in through our forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from HVAC Lead Flow (Thessalonian Holdings Inc.).

Types of messages may include:

appointment confirmations and reminders

service alerts and updates

customer support and account communications
